Area development

North Kamala's beachfront has turned into a five-star district around the InterContinental Phuket Resort and the Café del Mar beach club, both 1.5 km from the villas.
Kamala sits between Patong (about 15 minutes) and Surin and Bang Tao (about 10 minutes), so guests and residents reach both without living in either.
Everyday services are close by. Supermarkets including Tops Daily and Villa Market are 700 m away, and Phuket FantaSea is 1 km away.
Wattanapat Hospital Phuket, a private hospital with a 24-hour emergency centre, is in Kamala.
Demand is broad. Phuket received 9.2 million visitors in January to August 2026, and new direct flights from London and Zurich start this October.

At THB 12.9M this is one of the lower entry prices we have seen for a three-bedroom pool villa within walking distance of a west-coast beach.
Indicative net yield with a rental manager: 8.7% (75% high-season occupancy) to 11.1% (90%). A long-term lease instead: about 6.4%.
These figures use published nightly rates of completed villas of the same design. They are estimates, not a guarantee, and exclude furniture, transfer costs and income tax.

A walled, lock-and-leave estate with 24-hour security, CCTV and on-site management, so it works as a holiday home you leave for months.
The beach and supermarkets are within walking distance, which also suits long-stay families and retirees.
Two adjoining villas can be combined into one six-bedroom home with two pools.
